We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and organized FORD PRO PARTS MANAGER to lead our parts department and support our growing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who understands dealership parts operations, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, order processing, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve parts availability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as service and sales, to forecast parts demand and align inventory with business needs.
- Oversee the parts ordering process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order placement and fulfillment.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate parts department staff, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze parts sales and inventory data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all parts department activities.

Required Education:
