Front Desk Receptionist 

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing an excellent patient experience while supporting both front desk operations and optical sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is committed to delivering outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow

  • Verify patient information, insurance, and collect payments

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow


Skills & Qualifications
