Company Description Bobbie's Shoppe is a Bexley boutique with an online presence selling lifestyle goods, children's clothes, women's clothes and monogramming. We have an eye for the unique and specialized items for the local and broader Columbus community.

Role Description The retail specialist role is a part time role that will assist the owner with all aspects of a retail and online store in Bexley. The specialist will assist with a wide range of tasks including but not limited to, front facing retail sales with incoming customers, management of inventory, curation of new and incoming collections, management of online sales orders and shipping, a willingness to learn or already have skills monogramming using an automatic sewing machine

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Experience skills.
  • An eye for curating a dynamic retail environment, updating collections seasonally
  • Retail Sales and Sales skills to assist customers in product selection and complete transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Shopify software managing inventory and online sales
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise safely, and maintain a tidy store environment.
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required.
