Administrative Assistant

Building Materials

$20.00-$25.00 per hour

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

West Columbus, Ohio (Onsite)

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the hub of office operations – answering and directing incoming calls, managing shipments through FedEx and UPS, and keeping the office organized and running smoothly
  • Provide administrative support to both onsite staff and remote employees
  • Lead a large-scale document digitization project – scanning, organizing, and maintaining accurate electronic and physical filing systems
  • Support accounting and finance administration through Zoho, including invoice processing, data entry, financial record maintenance, and reporting – this side of the role will expand as you get settled in
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by leadership


What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role preferred
  • Zoho experience is a strong plus; familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting/business software also considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with standard office technology
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle shifting priorities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills – you’ll be the first voice callers hear
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a small office setting
