Join our nationally recognized team of engineering, geospatial, and technical professionals as a Geospatial Transportation Analyst, where you will collect, clean, query, analyze, visualize, and document geospatial data to produce reliable insights, dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools to transform complex data into actionable insights for infrastructure, planning, transportation, environmental, and other client-focused projects.
What You'll Do
  • Perform descriptive, exploratory, and applied data analysis to support project teams, including summarizing trends, developing metrics, and preparing analytical outputs for reports, presentations, and decision-making.
  • Collect, clean, organize, validate, and document datasets from a variety of sources while performing data quality checks and preparing data for analysis.
  • Develop and support dashboards, data visualizations, maps, charts, tables, and other decision-support tools to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Document data sources, assumptions, QA/QC processes, workflows, and analytical methods; support development of repeatable processes, templates, and basic automation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, planners, technical professionals, data scientists, and other team members to support project delivery.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, GIS, Geography, Planning, or related field required, Master's degree preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of related geospatial experience, or 2 - 4 years with a Master's degree
  • Proficiency in analysis tools and languages such as Python, SQL, R, and Excel.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, ArcGIS Dashboards, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online required
  • Experience supporting client-facing consulting, or project-based analytical work preferred
  • Proven project and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving
