Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Profile The Successful Superintendent Applicant will have: Proven experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial, municipal, or public construction projects. Demonstrated success leading field operations on large-scale and complex construction projects from groundbreaking through completion. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, site logistics, sequencing, scheduling, and quality control. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively manage subcontractors and field personnel. Proficiency with construction technology and field management software, including Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling platforms. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required. OSHA 30 certification or a strong commitment to maintaining jobsite safety standards. Ability to manage multiple phases of construction, coordinate trade partners, and maintain productivity while meeting project milestones. Strong understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
