We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are running efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to determine the best course of action.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC needs and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role (3+ years field experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
