Job Responsibilities

  • Complete MPI inspections for service advisors, including estimates and explanations.
  • Test drive vehicles with customers to evaluate noise or vibration concerns.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles based on identified issues and approved estimates.
  • Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure concerns have been resolved.
  • Identify and document any additional work needed after inspection or test drive.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation for each repair.
  • Stay up to date on manufacturer information, recalls, and training.
  • Return vehicles to their proper locations, ensuring they are clean and secured.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points and no major violations.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a service technician (manufacturer certifications preferred but not required).
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
