**Exciting Opportunity for a Psychiatric RN in Dublin, OH!** - **Position:** RN - Psychiatry/Behavioral and Mental Health/Addiction - **Location:** Columbus Springs Dublin, Dublin, OH - **Shift:** Nights 7P – 7:30A (includes 4 weekdays and 2 weekends every two weeks) - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours - **Number of Openings:** 1 - **Call Requirements:** None **Unit Highlights:** - **Number of Beds:** 72 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:4-6 - **Patient Population:** Adults - **EHR:** HCS; Pxyis; Paper - **Supervisor:** Megan Moses, CNO **Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional care to patients dealing with: - Alcohol and Drug Addiction - Bi-Polar Disorder - Depression - Anxiety - Psychosis - Schizophrenia - Conduct admissions, discharges, and shift assessments - Administer emergency and regular medications - Respond to CODE Blues and manage violent situations - Utilize skills in COWS and CIWAs - De-escalate challenging situations when necessary **Required Skills and Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing - Proficient in Pxyis and HCS - Certifications: BLS, HWC - Associate Degree in Nursing - Ability to float as needed **Personality Fit:** - Pleasant demeanor - Hardworking and detail-oriented - Team player with a collaborative spirit **Dress Code:** - Navy Blue Scrubs with an appropriate shirt underneath or scrub coat - Unacceptable attire: No hoods, must wear uniform **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
