🌙 2nd Shift Opportunity 📍 Position Details Location: Heath, OH Shift: 2nd Shift 🕒 Start Time: 3:00 PM 🕚 End Time: 11:00 PM 🔧 Job Description PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Product Repair / Mod Tech A to support aerospace product repair, modification, assembly, and testing activities. Key responsibilities include: ✅ Assist with disassembly of system components to support repairs and engineering changes ✅ Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate faults ✅ Repair and replace faulty components ✅ Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components ✅ Fabricate and modify aerospace products according to specifications ✅ Assist with safe handling and movement of aerospace vehicles and systems ✅ Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures ✅ Work under supervision in a team-oriented aerospace manufacturing environment ✅ Required Qualifications ✔ High School Diploma or GED ✔ Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance after start ✔ Ability to work off-shift schedules (2nd or 3rd shift) ✔ 1+ year of experience using tools and following work instructions ✔ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications ✔ Willingness to work with beryllium and/or other chemicals as required ⭐ Preferred Qualifications ✔ Experience inspecting parts, components, assemblies, or units ✔ 1+ year of soldering and assembly experience ✔ 1+ year using handheld and power tools ✔ Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications ✔ 1+ year of microscope inspection experience 🎁 Benefits May Include* * Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit * 401(k) * Medical Coverage Options * Select Paid Holidays * Short-Term Disability Insurance * Skills Training Programs * Employee Referral Bonus * Free Career Counseling Services * DailyPay (available in select locations) *Benefits vary by assignment and contract. 📞 NEXT STEPS
