Description The MEP Manager will be responsible for: Oversee procurement of major MEPF equipment, ensuring alignment with project specifications, lead times, and budget targets. Coordinate closely with general trades and superintendent teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems in the field. Track and manage MEPF-related RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to maintain schedule and design integrity. Review subcontractor scopes to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with project requirements. Maintain strong communication with the project owner and stakeholders regarding system performance, design intent, and commissioning expectations.
