Amergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist (Special Education Teacher) for a full-time opportunity at a high school campus in Westerville, Ohio for the 2026-2027 school year.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in an inclusive high school environment, supporting students and collaborating with educators to help meet academic and behavioral goals.
Position Details- Full-Time Intervention Specialist
- High School Setting

- 42-Week School Year Assignment
- Start Date: August 10, 2026
- Competitive Pay: $55/hour
- Virtual Interview with Superintendent and Principal
- Provide special education instruction and support to high school students
- Implement and monitor IEP goals and accommodations
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and families
- Support students' academic, social, and behavioral development
- Maintain compliance with district and state special education requirements
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Active Special Education Certification required
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred
- Previous special education experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within an inclusion setting
