What You'll Experience

What You'll Do:

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our electrical systems. You'll apply your technical expertise to support both day-to-day operations and long-term infrastructure planning.

  • Design, evaluate, and maintainelectrical systemsincluding power distribution, backup power, and control systems

  • Lead and supportpreventative and corrective maintenanceefforts for critical electrical infrastructure

  • Troubleshoot and resolveelectrical issuesto minimize downtime and ensure system reliability

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to supportcapital projects, system upgrades, and operational improvements

  • Ensure compliance withindustry standards, safety regulations, and internal policies

  • Develop and maintaintechnical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and maintenance procedures

  • Provide engineering support forroot cause analysis, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Stay current withemerging technologiesand recommend innovations that enhance performance and efficiency

What You'll Bring:

  • Required:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • Preferred:3+ years of experience in electrical engineering within the natural gas or petrochemical industry and PE certification

  • Strong knowledge ofelectrical codes and standards(e.g., NEC, IEEE, NFPA 70E)

  • Experience withpower systems, including low and medium voltage distribution, UPS systems, and generators

  • Proficiency inengineering tools and software(e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM, or similar)

  • Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skillswith a focus on safety and reliability

  • Strongcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

  • A proactive mindset and a commitment tocontinuous learning and improvement
