Production Associate – 3rd Shift
Location: Mount Vernon, OH
Pay Rate: $21.39/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift
Position Type: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a manufacturing team in Mount Vernon, OH. This is a hands-on production role focused on the manufacturing and assembly of doors and windows.
Candidates with previous manufacturing, production, woodworking, or assembly experience are strongly encouraged to apply. This position involves operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting finished products, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Responsibilities
Depending on your assignment, you may be responsible for:
  • Operating small and large machines used in the production of doors and windows.
  • Working on a production assembly line to build doors and windows.
  • Inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Machining doors and windows for hardware installation.
  • Preparing, moving, and handling materials throughout the production process.
  • Staging and packaging finished products for delivery.
  • Performing other production-related duties as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Following all company safety policies and established production procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Commercial woodworking experience, such as doors, millwork, cabinets, or similar products, is a plus.
  • General knowledge of building materials.
  • Ability to perform basic math.
  • Comfortable using a tape measure and other basic hand-held measuring tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
