After 3 years of excelling in the Route Manager role, an Account Manager position became available, and I applied. By going through the thorough application process and looking back at my past contributions to the company, I was awarded the position of Account Manager and started my new role January 2017. With hard work and persistence, anyone could take the same path as I did."
