DESCRIPTIONShift Leaders are a critical in creating a respectful and positive environment and to our day to day operations. They are responsible for organizing and managing the team as they prepare for and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a clean and safe restaurant. Shift Leaders must effectively communicate with the management team to ensure our sales, labor, and profitability goals are met.
Responsibilities Include Team Environment
โข Communicate job expectations and shift responsibilities to employees
โข Hold team members accountable for performance accurately and respectfully
โข Support the development of team members
Operational Excellence
โข Create and maintain a guest focused culture
โข Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
โข Ensure shift is staffed and meets guest service goals
โข Ensure shift has adequate product for use and prepared as directed โข Action plans to ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment
โข Action plans to drive system improvements
Profitability
โข Control costs while also driving service and sales goals
โข Manage in-restaurant cash and banking procedures to standard
โข Execute promotions with team training and sampling
Skills / Qualifications:- Fluent reading and writing in English
- Basic computer skills
- Math and financial management
- 1 year restaurant or retail experience
- 1 year supervisory experience (preferred)
- Food Safety trained (certified preferred)
