Shift Leaders are a critical in creating a respectful and positive environment and to our day to day operations. They are responsible for organizing and managing the team as they prepare for and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a clean and safe restaurant. Shift Leaders must effectively communicate with the management team to ensure our sales, labor, and profitability goals are met.
