Position Overview

Responsibilities Include:
  • Conducting a comprehensive range of ultrasound exams, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging.
  • Ensuring patient comfort and safety during all procedures, clearly explaining each step with empathy and professionalism.
  • Working in close partnership with radiologists and referring physicians to achieve top-tier diagnostic results.
  • Operating and routinely maintaining imaging equipment, addressing any technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Documenting procedures meticulously and managing patient records within our electronic medical systems.
  • Continuously updating your knowledge of advancements in ultrasound technology and practices.
Education Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
  • Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred.
Certifications Required
  • Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred.
