What We Are Seeking:
We're looking for hands-on OperationalSupervisors to lead activities in each of our core productions areas: Assembly,Machine Shop, and Maintenance. In one of these roles, you'll lead employee performanceon the floor, while maintaining all safety, quality and productivity standards.You'll build and maintain a strong team as you coach, develop, and mentor employees,provide clear direction, and foster a mindset of accountability and continuousimprovement. The ideal candidate will be able to balance operational demandswith employee development, keeping production moving while ensuring the successof the team.
Opportunities are available for weekdays, Monday - Thursday at night, and weekends, Friday - Sunday, both during the day and at night.

Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in Operations Leadership,in either Assembly, Machine Shop, or Maintenance
- Requires 2+ years of Experience in amanufacturing or distribution environment
- Associate's degree in a related field ispreferred, but not required
- Ability to coach, develop, mentor, and lead ateam
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and self-managed with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
