Description:

Mosher Medical is seeking a motivated Sales Support Intern to support our team across logistics, inventory management, and sales functions. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility — you'll be working directly alongside our territory representatives and operations staff in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Compensation & Schedule

  • $18.00/hour
  • 35–40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility required)
  • 3-month term with potential for extension based on performance and business needs

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate product inventory logistics, including restocking surgical trays and ensuring they are surgery-ready
  • Receive, retrieve, and sort incoming shipments
  • Track inventory
  • Pick up and deliver surgical trays and equipment to and from customer locations using a company vehicle
  • Support light marketing tasks including sales lead research, cold calling, and sales meeting preparation
  • Maintain an organized and tidy office environment
  • Assist territory representatives with logistics and sales-related tasks as needed

This is an internship position. Benefits including health care, 401(k), and paid vacation are not included. Unpaid time off available.

Strong performers may be considered for future opportunities with the company based on business needs.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required — offer contingent upon DMV verification)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and in the field
  • Interest in medical device sales, healthcare operations, or related field preferred
