Whether your interests are in Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Development, Data Analytics, Transportation, Continuous Improvement, or other business functions, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow interns across the U.S. and Canada on a Capstone Project focused on solving real business challenges and driving value for our customers.
- Support day-to-day business operations, strategic initiatives, and project work within your assigned team or department.
- Analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute recommendations that support operational excellence and business performance.
- Build relationships and expand your professional network with interns, leaders, and subject matter experts across DHL Supply Chain.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including webinars focused on networking, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Engage directly with senior leaders through our Executive Speaker Series and gain insight into DHL's business and career opportunities.
- Present your Capstone Project to company leadership at the Intern Capstone Event held each summer at our headquarters in Westerville, Ohio.
