Business Development Liaison

Solero Behavioral Transitions

We provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals struggling with severe mental illness. Our program offers comprehensive care, including individual and group therapy sessions, case management services and life skills training. A mental health residential facility isa place where people receive intensive, specialized care for mental health or substance abuse issues in a non-hospital setting. Residents receive 24-hour supervision, treatment, and support from mental health experts.The environment is homelike and supportive, and residents participate in therapeutic activities.

The Role Itself

  • Leads business plan development with CEO and senior personnel.

  • Manages and assesses business development personnel.

  • Identifies, prioritizes referral sources, uses feedback for strategy.

  • Establishes metrics, creates reports, analyzes business development.

  • Shapes market scope, monitors competition, develops annual budget.

  • Plans community workshops and seminars with Assessment and Referral.

  • Ensures quality marketing materials deliver the message.

  • Manages community relationships, facility reputation, CRM reports.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

  • Or relevant experience in industry will be considered.

  • Must be 21 yrs or older.

License:

  • Valid driver's license, clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and proof of insurance for personal vehicle use.
