Job description

Operating Room Registered Nurse

Position involves working in the operating room during the night shift. Responsible for circulating and scrubbing for various surgical procedures. Must have experience in high-acuity settings, specifically Level I trauma centers. Prior travel nursing experience is preferred. Candidates must be proficient with Da Vinci Xi Robot, and experience in ophthalmology and liver transplant is required. Experience in either neuro or orthopedic services is mandatory. Must comply with strict regulations regarding external nails, jewelry, and scrubbing protocols. The unit conducts 45 to 50 surgical procedures per day, including general, robotic, laparoscopic, trauma, and transplant surgeries. Candidates must be prepared for potential floating to different units as needed. References from previous employers required. No coworker references accepted.
