Job Title: Family Law Associate Attorney

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Aspen Careers is working with a local firm that seeks to hire an associate attorney with 5+ years of family law experience to join their team. The Family Law Practice Group is dedicated to supporting clients through compassionate and skilled advocacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare legal pleadings and discovery documents.
  • Organize and respond to discovery requests.
  • Draft motions and analyze financial information.
  • Prepare marital balance sheets, child support guidelines, and spousal support calculations.
  • Conduct legal research using platforms such as Lexis.
  • Represent clients in state courts, including appearances before judicial officers.

Qualifications:
