Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Production, Setup, and Programming teams to meet performance, quality, and safety goals
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-performance teamwork
  • Ensure staffing levels, training, and skill development align with production demands and technological growth
  • Collaborate with the Machine Scheduler to balance capacity, manage constraints, and meet tight delivery timelines
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Sourcing and Support teams to quickly resolve nonconformances
Compensation package includes:
  • 401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
  • 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours.
  • 6 paid holidays
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability insurance coverage options
  • Christmas bonus opportunity
  • Other bonus opportunities
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an experienced manager who’s equal parts leader, problem-solver, and team motivator.

The skills needed:
  • Strong coaching, delegation, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience coordinating with a Production Scheduler for dynamic, fast-changing workflows
  • Working knowledge of Lean principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deep understanding of machining and additional manufacturing processes
