In this role, you aren't just pushing buttons-you are the "pilot" of your equipment. You will be responsible for operating label machines efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues on the fly, and ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards.

What You'll Do:
- Own Your Production: Setup and operate label machines to meet daily deadlines with a "zero-defect" mindset.
- Troubleshoot & Improve: Use your mechanical aptitude to diagnose malfunctions and find root-cause solutions rather than "band-aid" fixes.
- Drive Precision: Monitor close tolerances and use our ERP system to log materials and time accurately.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, always prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your teammates.

- 1-2 years of related mechanical or manufacturing experience.
