Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Plumber, you will lead by example in delivering high-quality plumbing installations, repairs, and service while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and supporting the development of junior team members.

  • Technical Execution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential or commercial plumbing systems with a high level of expertise.
  • Project Leadership: Manage complex service calls and installation jobs, verifying all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Customer Care: Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, explaining technical issues, outlining solutions, and providing transparent recommendations.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support apprentice and junior plumbers on-site by modeling best practices and a safety-first mindset.
  • Operations: Complete required service documentation accurately and manage your truck's material inventory responsibly.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with dispatch, customer service, and leadership to maintain smooth scheduling and high customer satisfaction scores.
