Our Regional Office in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an experienced candidate who possesses a successful track record of 5-7 years in sales and/or in leading and managing systems and developing personnel. To be successful in this position, one must have strong leadership abilities, solid cold-calling (B2B) and networking experience, and impressive presentation skills.

The Regional Director's primary responsibilities are to increase the client base within the Columbus, OH region through generating new account sales in a wide variety of industries including: Hotel, Resort, Restaurant, Retail, General Office, Bank, Healthcare, Education, Religious Organizations, Event, Stadium and Government; and lead and motivate an office staff of less than 10 employees.

If you possess solid sales experience, the proven ability to work effectively with a team while leading by example, strong verbal and written communication skills, and are detail-oriented and well organized, then we want to hear from you.

Requirements Include:

• The ability to adapt sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands and company goals
• The ability to manage and inspire a team while promoting a harmonious work environment
• Must be able to build, expand and solidify professional relationships with new and existing clients
• 5-7 years experience in Sales and/or in leading and managing systems and developing personnel
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proven sales success record in meeting or exceeding organizational goals
• Proficient in Microsoft office software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Janitorial/Commercial Cleaning industry experience and/or Military experience a plus but not required
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License, no major moving violations (i.e. DUI)
