Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Multiple Rehabilitation Settings - Multiple Ohio Locations
This position is reserved exclusively for licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapists (PTs). If you are not a PT, please do not apply.
Relient Health is recruiting licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Ohio. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PT positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).
Opportunities may be available in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.
Potential PT Markets Include:
Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Toledo, Akron-Canton, Youngstown, Mansfield, Lima, Springfield, Zanesville, Steubenville, Portsmouth, Marietta, and additional Ohio markets.

This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapists working within a rehabilitation department.
This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, or therapy aide position.
Compensation & Benefits
Typical Compensation Range: $40-55/hr
(Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience)

Clinical Responsibilities
•Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

•Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
•Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
•Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life
✓ Required Qualifications
•Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
•Active Ohio PT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
•Ability to work full-time in an available Ohio market
•Authorized to work in the United States
