Purpose of Position
Interns are assigned special projects and various other duties that are intended to provide them with valuable professional work experience and industry insight. Interns will perform meaningful work alongside other talented professionals gaining insight to NetJets' unique culture and business philosophy.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • The intern will support a variety of instructional design and training initiatives focused on maintaining accurate, engaging, and operationally aligned learning materials for Flight Attendants
  • Responsibilities include updating training content to reflect evolving business needs, such as incorporating fleet-related language changes and auditing training content to ensure alignment with current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Additional responsibilities include updating newsletters, SOP resources, and other content published on SharePoint sites
  • Collaboration with ground instructors and instructional designer
  • Assist with revising classroom training materials and supporting training video development through shot list creation, shoot-day planning and coordination
