Overview:Â
Language Services Associates is looking for XXX interpreters in the XXXXX, XX area. As a member of LSA's network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you will be responsible for facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a variety of settings. LSA is continuously accepting qualified interpreters for a wide range of interpreting assignments!Â
Â
Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer serviceÂ
Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentialityÂ
Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practicesÂ
Adhere to clearance requirements as requested by clients  Â
Report on site to any accepted assignments in a timely mannerÂ
Access to personal or public transport Â
Â
Qualifications/Experience:
Full fluency in both English an Somali
The ability to provide a high level of client serviceÂ
1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferredÂ
Industry specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.)Â
