1. Order, receive, apply, any required DB2 maintenance for migration to sandbox DB2 subsystem, DB2S.

2. Roll out maintenance for #1 to remaining DB2 subsystems, DB2T, DB2D and DB2P.

3. Review all DB2 ISV and IBM tools and utilities for compatibility for DB2 11.

4. Document required ISV and IBM tools and utilities upgrades required from #3.

5. Order DB2 11 and any IBM tools and utilities required for migration in a ServerPac.

6. Install and test all software delivered on ServerPac from #5.

7. Create a detailed migration plan, procedure.

8. Migrate the DB2 sandbox subsystem, DB2S, to DB2 11 CM mode.

9. Perform system level testing on migrated DB2S (CM mode), and all tools and utilities.

10. Migrate the DB2 test subsystem, DB2T, to DB2 11 CM mode.

11. Perform system level testing on migrated DB2T (CM mode), and all tools and utilities.

12. Assist with any application testing for DB2T, assist with any issues that are encountered.

13. Migrate the DB2 development subsystem, DB2D, to DB2 11 CM mode.

14. Perform system level testing on migrated DB2D (CM mode), and all tools and utilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Sirius Responsibilities

1. Staff this effort with appropriately skilled individuals to perform the Services.

2. Promptly notify Customer of any unsafe condition about which Sirius has knowledge.

3. If applicable, document each task necessary to complete the Services and send a final report to Customer when

such tasks are completed.
