Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Installation, relocation and recovery of network, server and storage hardware to manufacturer standards and industry best practices<\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Build data center fabric design for VXLANs, BGP and OSPF environment<\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Execution of all work to data center process & procedure<\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Carry out monthly audits of items in store and produce a report of all anomalies<\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage asset record updates, tracking and placing assets as to their location and status<\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure that all records are updated following any installations, moves or change<\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Carry out daily housekeeping checks of the data halls and record their findings<\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for data center solutions (copper\/fiber patch leads, patch panels, connectors, etc.) and report appropriately.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>A minimum of five years' experience working in data center environments<\/span><\/a>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>A minimum of five years of work as an engineer<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience of a broad range of hardware; HP, Dell, Nokia, Ciena, Cisco, Juniper and Arista.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Configuration experience of Cisco and Arista networking equipment<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Deep understanding of IP networks<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

      <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience of working in an ITIL controlled environment with knowledge of Change Control, Incident Management & Problem Management processes<\/span><\/span>.<\/span>
