About the Role:
Ohio Wire Form & Spring Company is looking for a motivated and dependable Production Team Member to join their manufacturing floor in Columbus, OH. This is a great opportunity to be part of a skilled team that takes pride in crafting high-quality wire forms and springs. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment on the manufacturing floor
  • Fabricate wire forms, springs, and related components according to specifications
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance tasks
  • Meet daily production goals and report any equipment issues to supervisors
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient workflow
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred
  • Willingness to read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, or technical specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently in a physical, hands-on role
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
  • Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
