Job Title: Packaging Engineer
Location: Ohio
Job Summary : Seeking a Packaging Engineer to support pharmaceutical packaging design, validation, and global supply initiatives within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & develop primary/secondary packaging components
  • Perform material testing and packaging validation (ASTM D4169)
  • Create specifications, drawings, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot packaging issues and support line trials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience ( Pharma/Bio preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of pharma packaging (bottles, labels, sterile packaging, etc.)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Adobe Illustrator
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, ASTM/ISO standards
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
