We are currently hiring a Maintenance Tech I at our properties in Italian Village. The Maintenance Tech I position is an entry level position focused on grounds, cleanliness and assisting with basic property upkeep. This is a good opportunity to learn more about maintenance.Â
Responsibilities:Â
Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the propertyÂ
Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, and grounds.Â
Assist with maintenance tasksÂ
Assist with unit turnsÂ
Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning if applicable
Observe and learn as much as possible about general maintenanceÂ
Other tasks as directed and assigned.Â
Qualifications:Â
Basic mechanical aptitudeÂ
Willingness to learnÂ
Ability to lift 50 pounds
