Receptionist | Workforce Development
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 12:30 PM-6:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
About the Role
We're seeking a professional, dependable Receptionist to create a welcoming first impression while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-facing environment and excels at organization and multitasking.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact-greet visitors and manage building access with professionalism
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; respond to general inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
  • Manage incoming mail and distribute promptly
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document prep, and meeting room scheduling
  • Maintain office organization and supply inventory; place orders as needed
