Job description
- Provide support and assistance with all customer service efforts for our residents.
- Be the first point of contact for incoming resident and prospect inquiries. Assess the nature of each inquiry and ensure it is resolved directly or delegated appropriately. Maintain a positive, professional, and timely communication style.
- Collaborate with the Leasing, Maintenance, and Management teams to ensure resident needs are met efficiently.
- Assist residents with lease alterations including adding/removing a pet, roommate changes, sublets, renters’ insurance changes, or other similar requests.
- Support day-to-day property operations across various functions, including leasing, administrative tasks, maintenance coordination, and general management, as needed.
- Participate in leasing activity across the portfolio, including answering prospect questions, providing tours, and completing lease documents, as needed.
- Assist in coordinating residential move-ins and move-outs, renewals, payments, and work order requests to deliver a high level of customer service, as needed.
- Assist with other special projects as needed, including but not limited to: lease audits, utility management, new property onboarding, and student property turnover.
- Enthusiastic about customer service. You understand how successful customer service is delivered and approach residents, prospects, and vendors with a positive, friendly attitude and take pride in providing top-notch service.

- Experience in real estate, management, leasing, multi-family/single family/scattered site housing, sales, hospitality, or retail, preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfort using technology.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy. Company vehicles are provided.
