Job description

Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Columbus, Ohio.

Job Title

MRI Technologist – Radiology / Cardiology

Location

Columbus, OH | Inpatient / Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Monday–Friday, Mid/Evening Shift (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM) | Occasional weekend coverage possible (approximately 1 weekend shift per contract)

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI imaging on inpatient and outpatient pediatric patients ranging from neonates up to 26 years of age
  • Conduct specialized procedures including Neuro, Body, MSK, Angio, and SPECT imaging
  • Operate GE and Siemens 1.5T and 3T scanners, Bayer Injectors, Invivo Monitoring systems, and GE PACS
  • Manage both sedated and non-sedated MRI cases
  • Document and manage patient information using EPIC
  • Float to different units as needed depending on assignment demands
Required Qualifications
  • Pediatric MRI experience required
  • Active MRI Technologist certification/licensure required and must be in hand at time of submission
  • 2 supervisory/manager references required at time of submittal (charge nurse references count as only 1 of the 2 required references; at least one reference must hold a manager or supervisor title)
  • Must not have worked permanently at this facility within the last 2 years
  • Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible — no locals
  • Must be willing and able to float to different units as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience with sedated pediatric MRI cases
  • Familiarity with GE and Siemens MRI platforms (1.5T and 3T)
  • Experience with EPIC electronic health records and GE PACS
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
