In this role, you will:

  • Lead organizational and leadership assessments for clients undergoing growth, transformation, or strategic change.
  • Evaluate organizational structures, governance models, decision-making processes, and accountability systems.
  • Facilitate executive interviews, leadership workshops, stakeholder discussions, and workforce engagement assessments.
  • Identify barriers impacting organizational performance, employee experience, communication effectiveness, and execution.
  • Develop actionable recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness, workforce engagement, culture, and leadership alignment.
  • Create implementation roadmaps that help clients achieve meaningful and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with senior executives as a trusted advisor throughout transformation initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • A strategic advisor with experience leading organizational transformation and change initiatives. You understand how leadership, culture, organizational design, and workforce dynamics shape business performance.
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and influencing change across organizations.
  • Experienced in organization design, organizational development, leadership effectiveness, workforce transformation, change management, or related consulting disciplines.
  • An exceptional communicator and facilitator who can uncover root causes, navigate complexity, and communicate recommendations with confidence.
  • Equally comfortable discussing strategy in the boardroom and facilitating practical implementation discussions with business leaders.
  • Passionate about helping organizations improve performance through better leadership, stronger culture, and engaged employees.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in organizational transformation, organization design, organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, human capital consulting, or change management.
  • Experience conducting organizational diagnostics, leadership assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workforce engagement initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures, governance, accountability, and culture impact performance.
  • Proven ability to develop executive-ready recommendations and drive organizational improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in Change Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Coaching, or related disciplines are a plus.
