Location: Ohio – Cleveland, Toledo, Northern Columbus


Employment Type: Full-Time

As an Audit Manager on our Government Services team, you’ll work with organizations that shape communities—state agencies, municipalities, school districts, public universities, and more. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex engagements while serving as a trusted advisor and team leader in a highly visible, mission-driven space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple audit engagements from planning through delivery.
  • Review workpapers, oversee audit procedures, and ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to government and public-sector clients.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Provide guidance on complex accounting, reporting, and compliance matters.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and support practice growth.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Manage workloads and foster a collaborative, accountable team environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience required.
