Senior General Manager
FTK Hospitality | Columbus, Ohio
FTK Hospitality is on the lookout for an experienced Senior General Manager to lead a high-volume sports bar in Columbus. This bustling venue offers a lively atmosphere with DJs, events, and a packed calendar, making it an exciting place to work. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full P&L and oversee day-to-day operations for a large-format, high-volume venue.
- Lead a dedicated team of 40+ staff across front-of-house (FOH), back-of-house (BOH), and event operations.
- Drive the execution of DJ nights, live events, and promotional programming to enhance guest experience.
- Partner with ownership to optimize guest experience, staffing, and revenue growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven General Manager experience managing a $5M+ revenue operation.
- Strong background in high-volume sports bar or nightlife-driven hospitality.
- Demonstrated success in leading large teams (30+) in a fast-paced environment.
- Must currently reside in the Columbus market.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling to meet the demands of a busy nightlife venue.
