Job description

The Assistant Producer will support the Omni Content Production team in coordinating and executing photo and video shoots for Bath & Body Works. This role is responsible for managing pre-production logistics, shoot execution support, asset organization, and project tracking to ensure content is delivered on time and meets quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment. This position works closely with Creative Services, Marketing Operations, photographers, retouchers, stylists, and external partners to support omni-channel content creation.
Location: Columbus, OH (primarily onsite w/ some potential for WFH days)
Duration: 5-month contract
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support all aspects of pre-production and production for photo and video shoots.
  • Schedule and track pre-production milestones with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Photography, Retouching, Studio Operations, Styling, and external talent.
  • Source, purchase, and coordinate products, props, wardrobe, supplies, and other materials required for shoots.
  • Manage production documentation, including estimates, contracts, talent agreements, sample lists, and other shoot-related paperwork.
  • Coordinate the packing, shipping, tracking, receiving, and organization of products and materials for studio and location shoots.
  • Partner with sample management teams to ensure products are received and returned on schedule.
  • Provide on-set production support, including coordinating craft services and assisting with production needs as assigned.
  • Support photography and retouching teams throughout the content creation workflow.
  • Track project budgets by updating estimates, processing purchase orders, logging expenses, and submitting invoices.
  • License stock imagery and maintain stock content tracking records.
  • Upload assets and maintain metadata within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Ensure all projects are completed accurately and within established timelines.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate, creative production, marketing, or related environment.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across documentation and project tracking.
  • Experience supporting photo shoots, creative production, or content creation projects preferred.
  • Familiarity with still-life or product photography environments is a plus.
  • Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, or expense tracking is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital asset management systems, content workflows, capture software, or editing platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
