Job description

We are hiring a dependable, hard-working Masonry Laborer to support our trade team. If you are clean-cut, reliable, and take pride in showing up on time to work with a trustworthy crew, we want to hear from you. Experience is a plus, but a great work ethic and reliability are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix mortar, concrete, and grout accurately for masons on site.
  • Load, unload, and stage materials (stone, brick, block) and assist in setting up scaffolding/staging safely.
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris and hazards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to site safety guidelines and job schedules.
  • Arrive on time daily with a strong, positive work attitude and readiness to assist masons with daily tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous construction or masonry labor experience is preferred, but willing to train a dedicated candidate.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Strong physical stamina, agility, and ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
  • Punctual, honest, and committed to maintaining a drug-free work environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
