Job description

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Our Telemarketer role is structured to generate new sales leads and to market designated products, including service contracts, in direct and distribution territories. You will participate in specified segmet marketing campaigns, qualification of pre-sales suspect and prospect customers, pre-quality customer contact information, and nurture leads. Additional responsibilities will include:
  • Calling on customers to inform them about our products and services.
  • Entering and pursuing sales leads received from website visits and other marketing activities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects through ongoing, informative dialogue.
  • Managing account and contact information within our CRM system.
  • Tracking all outbound and inbound calls in SAP, recording customer and product details.
  • Actively driving revenue through planned direct sales activities.

What You Need to Succeed
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of customer service or sales operations experience.
  • Prior SAP or CRM experience is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in both French and English.
