Sarica Manufacturing, a client of Brixey and Meyer, is an Electronics Test Technician to join their team!


Join Us as an Electronics Test Technician!

Are you passionate about electronics troubleshooting and solving complex board-level issues? We're looking for an experienced Electronics Test Technician to support the testing, analysis, and repair of electronic assemblies in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring product quality by identifying failures, performing detailed diagnostics, and helping keep production moving efficiently.


Your Responsibilities:

As an Electronics Test Technician, you will:

  • Perform board-level and sub-assembly testing using production test equipment and established procedures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic circuit card failures down to the component level.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes, and document findings accurately.
  • Use tools such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, and data acquisition equipment to evaluate performance.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics to support troubleshooting and failure analysis.
  • Debug test hardware and software issues that impact testing operations.
  • Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring failure trends.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and maintain product quality.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you need:

  • Associate degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent military electronics training considered.
  • Ability to obtain required certifications related to electronics manufacturing processes and testing procedures.
  • 1+ year of hands-on electronics testing, repair, troubleshooting, or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting PCB assemblies and identifying failed electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and use electronic test equipment confidently.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a curiosity-driven approach to problem solving.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to regulatory requirement
