Your work will keep aircraft flying, defense systems secure, and advanced technologies performing flawlessly.

Primary Responsibilities
Perform inspections and ensure compliance with blueprints, technical plans, and customer specifications—making sure every part we produce meets the highest quality standards. Your day may include:

  • Inspecting clearance-control coated parts using microscopes, micrometers, calipers, electronic measurement systems, and other tools.
  • Reviewing certifications, test results, and process documentation for compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, Nadcap, and customer requirements.
  • Completing First Article Inspections (FAI) and AS9102 documentation.
  • Recording inspection results, documenting non-conformances, and maintaining detailed reports.
  • Verifying that all manufacturing steps are complete and properly signed off.
  • Creating reports and maintaining inspection packets.
  • Preparing shipping documents, packaging parts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Completing Certificates of Conformance

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (or equivalent).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and certifications.
  • Familiar with inspection equipment; including microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and electronic measurement systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical work habits.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Qualifications Desired (not required)

  • Experience in aerospace or military/defense manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, and NADCAP requirements.
  • Previous training or mentoring experience.

Physical Requirements
Should be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using PPE when working around certain chemicals.

  • Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Quarterly incentive bonuses
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Company-wide December shutdown
