We are seeking people with strong communication skills, ideally sales experience, and a strong work ethic. We do not require prior financial experience or licensing. We pay for you to obtain your licensing as you're getting started. We provide an unmatched training and mentorship program along with a long-term development and growth plan. Training, licensing & designations

To become a financial advisor, you must obtain the following licenses: Life/Accident & Health Certifications, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), and Series 6, 7, and 63. Northwestern Mutual provides pre-payment/reimbursement* for course tuition fees and books.

Compensation & Benefits

Performance-based earnings and revenue:

o Average advisor earnings in their first year rages from $70K-$170K

o Top 25% advisor first year earnings of $140K-$260K

o Average advisor in our local office that has been in the business over 5 years: over $390k
