ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I was an aspirant team member preparing for agency ownership. Prior to insurance, I owned and operated a veterinary hospital for 14 years, building it from the ground up, and also ran a consulting firm focused on helping small businesses grow and succeed.
Iโ€™m married and a proud father of four, and family is extremely important to me. My wife is a psychiatric nurse practitioner, so mental health and maintaining balance are values we take seriously both personally and professionally. I stay very active in the local community through involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and enjoy building strong relationships within the area we serve.
Our office is located in a beautiful 100-year-old home in a historic town, which gives the agency a unique and welcoming atmosphere. We offer flexible scheduling, PTO, health insurance options, licensing reimbursement, and multiple bonus opportunities. Work-life balance is important to me, and I believe in giving people flexibility as long as responsibilities are handled and goals are met.
Our culture is fast-paced, friendly, and relationship-focused. Iโ€™m looking for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys working with people, is comfortable meeting customers face-to-face, and can adapt to different personalities and situations. If youโ€™re someone who is motivated, personable, and wants to be part of a supportive and growing agency, this could be a great fit for you.
