Job Position Description:

This position is part of a team and is located in Powell off Riverside Rd and is responsible for cleaning of office spaces, conference rooms, lobby/entrance, floors, break room and restrooms. Position is Mon/Wed/Fri, 3.5-4 hours starting at 5:30 up to 9:30, position is $15 per hour and includes sweeping/dust mopping, wet mopping, vacuuming, pulling trash/recycle, high dusting and wiping down specific surfaces using a sanitizing spray. 

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, report when order needed.
• Use proper PPE where required
• 1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.
• Must be a self-starter with a pleasant attitude and adhere to company policies including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Must have own reliable transportation, this is not on the bus line, cannot use a ride to premises.
• Must be able to communicate in English

 
Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 25lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
