PC Deployment TechnicianPosition Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused PC Technician to support device refresh and hardware deployment initiatives across multiple locations. In this role, you will assist with the installation, replacement, configuration, and support of end-user technology equipment to ensure employees have access to secure and reliable tools needed for day-to-day operations.

This position will work on a variety of technology projects including workstation deployments, hardware refresh initiatives, office relocations/decommissioning efforts, printer deployments, and other infrastructure-related projects. The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and install end-user hardware and peripheral devices.
• Ensure equipment is properly connected and operational within the organization's environment.
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and escalate when necessary.
• Support device refresh and migration activities according to project schedules.
• Follow established service management and ticketing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to end users.
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently.
• Travel between assigned locations to complete deployment and support activities.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting hardware deployment, installation, and configuration.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with service desk or IT service management processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Comfortable working in both team-oriented and autonomous environments.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr.
